Error in UNIFI: "This version of the analysis is locked" - WKB22178

SYMPTOMS

• When trying to open an analysis in Explorer, the following error appers: "This version of the analysis is locked. The analysis will open in read-only mode"
• Clicking on the analysis information shows that the analyst has the analysis locked in read-only
• Restarting the server and clients does not resolve

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.0 Network

CAUSE

Analysis is not unlocked.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. As the owner of the Analysis in question, go to the UNIFI Main Menu.
2. Select View My Work.
3. Select the locked analysis in question.
4. A Locked Routine Analysis box appears with the message "Unlock and proceed?"

5. Click OK to unlock the analysis and carry on with edits/changes as needed.
