Unexpected error when performing compound elucidation in UNIFI - WKB195674

SYMPTOMS

  • In UNIFI accurate mass screening analysis, when performing compound elucidation, the "Unexpected error" notification appears when clicking on select adduct

ENVIRONMENT

  • UNIFI 1.9.4

CAUSE

An incorrect adduct was manually created in the Scientific Library.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Open the UNIFI Scientific Library.
  2. Browse to Scientific Library Configuration > Modifications > Adducts.
  3. Delete custom-made adducts.
  4. Close and reopen the analysis.
