- Acquisition console shows system in error
- Unable to reset instruments from the acquisition console; it has no effect
- Unable to take system offline from the device manager; says system is busy
- Unable to reset the LND/Workstation from the device manager; says system is busy
- UNIFI 1.8.2 (workgroup configuration)
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Exit all UNIFI client sessions.
- Go to the LND and stop the Waters Service Host service.
- Restart the Waters Service Host service (wait for the three Waters Service Host exe processes to start back up).
- Log back in to the client.
