Sample set stopped shortly after submission in UNIFI is stuck in acquire - WKB13987

SYMPTOMS

• Instrument and analysis are stuck in acquire
• Cannot submit a new sample set because it says "waiting for the previous sample set to complete"

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI Workgroup

CAUSE

Sample set was stopped too quickly.

You must wait until the injection has completed and the acquisition has started in order to stop a run.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Exit the client.
2. Power-off the LND.
3. Reboot the server.
4. Wait for the watservicehosts to start on the server.
5. Power-on the LND.
6. Log in to the client.
