SYMPTOMS

• Error when importing 230-GB UEP file into UNIFI

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI v1.8.2 Workstation

CAUSE

Insufficient drive space to accommodate a 230-GB UEP import file

• OS drive C: has 28.8 GB free space (where TEMP folder is located).
• Database drive E: has 199 GB free space.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Ensure that there is sufficient TEMP and Database space available before attempting to import data in UNIFI.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Log on to the computer with administrative privileges.

2. Right-click on Computer and select Properties.

3. Select Advanced system settings.

4. Click Environment Variables.

5. In the System variables section, find TEMP and TMP to locate the paths in the Value field.
