Arc QSM-R stalls during prime and freezes with no error message - WKB291751

SYMPTOMS

• Randomly, about once a week, Arc QSM-R stalls during prime and freezes with no error message
• You can hear the sound of vent valve rotation, but there is no sound from plunger
• No red LED 
• Restarting the pump does not help
• Restarting the LAC/E is the only solution

ENVIRONMENT

• DP2022R1
• Empower 3.7.0 Enterprise
• Arc HPLC

CAUSE

Corrupted driver

FIX or WORKAROUND

Repair the driver using the Driver Pack Deployment Manager.
