ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Provide the name of the app, the version if known, and information of the exact issue encountered. Refer to the license agreement of each app (e.g., https://proddocuments.on-demand.wate...oapps-EULA.pdf). Waters is not obliged to provide support for these through the normal support channels.
Waters Microapps are now available via the Waters Digital Delivery Platform, which can be accessed using your Software Manager account. If you do not yet have a Software Manager account, please contact your local sales representative for assistance.
