HDX-2 loses communication with ACQUITY inlets - WKB24002

SYMPTOMS

• HDX loses communications to inlet at four-hour labeling time point

ENVIRONMENT

• HDX-2
• MassLynx
• HDX Manager
• ACQUITY M-Class BSM
• ACQUITY M-Class ASM

CAUSE

• Possible memory leak
• Possible slow Ethernet switch on HDX Manager

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reboot computer, ACQUITY M-Class BSM, and ASM, as well as HDX manager, prior to a long run.
2. Use an external Ethernet hub to connect the ACQUITY inlet pumps and the PAL RTC. Then, connect the Ethernet hub to the back of the HDX Manager.
