Show how to create a support request (previously referred to as an iRequest) on the Waters website
ENVIRONMENT
All Waters LC and MS instrument customers.
PROCEDURE
- Go to https://www.waters.com/nextgen/us/...t-request.html (It is required that you are registered on waters.com)
- Select "Create A Support Request"
- Enter your valid serial number or support plan number
- Your Organization should be auto-populated, but can be edited to match the Organization associated with the serial number.
- Select 'Type of Support Request'
- Select 'Product Type'
- Provide detailed information in the 'Support Request Summary'
- Submit service request
- Instantly receive e-mail notifications when your request is created.
- A Waters representative will contact you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
iRequest allows you to create requests for Technical Phone Support and On-site Services from the Waters website.
