1. For waters_connect APIs
   1. Create an account on waters.com
   2. After logging in navigate to the waters_connect Application Programming Interface (API) page 
   3. Either follow the link to the API Developer Hub, or use the Contact Us button to ask a question.

 NOTE: Previously this information was on the  interface.waters.com microsite. That site closed in August 2025. is a resource to support third-party software developers. If you are looking for information on how to configure a particular piece of third-party software to access the UNIFI database via the UNIFI or waters_connect API, search support.waters.com using the name of the third-party software.
