SYMPTOMS

• Cannot set an injection volume in Chromeleon greater than 10 µL using Waters ACQUITY console

• Sample manager configured with extension loop set to 50 µL, needle set to 15 µL, and syringe set to 100 µL within Waters ACQUITY console

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class

CAUSE

Waters console does not dynamically update the required settings within Chromeleon.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Delete the instrument from the Chromeleon configuration and recreate.
