Expand the Historical Stability template in NuGenesis LMS to accommodate studies with many conditions, timepoints, tests, and results

The Historical Stability template in LMS allows users to enter data into the NuGenesis Stability module for stability studies that were completed in the past. The existing template is limited to 200 rows on the hidden sheet "Querry", which limits the number of conditions, timepoints, tests, and results that the template can support. This procedure expands the template to allow more than 200 rows on the hidden sheets.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• The Historical Stability template is installed in NuGenesis LMS

PROCEDURE

1. Create a modifiable version of the template.
2. Edit the results entry section in the template.
3. Click the toolbar button to switch to Design mode.
4. Edit the formulas in cells M5 through AL5 on the Querry sheet to change the row reference "$204" to a larger number, such as $404, for 400 rows.
5. Select cells A5 through AL5 on the Querry sheet, click the lower-right corner of the selection and drag down to the row references in the updated formulas.  This action copies the formulas into the cells of this sheet.
6. Click the formulas tab in the Ribbon > Name Manager.
7. Select the named range "grey" and edit its definition to match the updated formulas from step 4.
8. Switch the form to Runtime mode, close the form, save and approve the document template.
