Error: "isAdmin() cannot get group list from token [122]" appears when installing NuGenesis SDMS software - WKB69133

SYMPTOMS

• The following error appears when installing SDMS software (UNIFY, the Transfer App, SDMS Administrator, File Capture Modules, the Data Adapters, and so on):
  • isAdmin() cannot get group list from token [122].
• The software is not installed.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

Unknown.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Log in as the local Administrator account or create a local account in the Administrators group on the machine, log in to that account, and rerun the SDMS installer.
