The Empower project list displayed in the NuGenesis SDMS template builder does not include all projects in the system - WKB65306

SYMPTOMS

• When opening the project exceptions list in SDMS Archive Template Builder, some projects are not shown, even though the Empower user is a member of the Administrators group in Empower

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Empower 3

CAUSE

The project access rights do not allow access to the named user account.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. If the project's access type is Owner Only, the user account used for SDMS project backup must be the project owner.
2. If the project's access type is Owner and Group, the user account must be a member of at least one of the groups that has access to the project.
3. If the project's access type is Owner, Group, and World, the World User Type must be non-null.
