NuGenesis sections order changes when working on a document - WKB54095

SYMPTOMS

The NuGenesis LMS section drag-and-drop method can change the order of section in a document. The drag and drop is sensitive to unintentional click and drags. End users notice that the slightest click and drag make a section "jump" up to the top of the list.

NuGenesis 8 SR2 HF7

CAUSE

The sensitivity of sections tabs using a mouse can cause sections to shift and move.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Select a section and Press CTRL+UP or Down to move current selected section in NuGenesis LMS open document table of contents.
