Error "NG24020 Column Not Found" when running Extraction Template on a report in SDMS WebVision - WKB4779

SYMPTOMS

• When selecting a report from a view other than DefaultView and applying an Extraction Template, error '[NG24020] Column Not Found' occurs.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis SDMS 8 SR2 (and previous versions)

CAUSE

The report was selected from a view that does not include the Report GUID.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Take one of the following measures to solve the issue:

• Edit the view to include the Report GUID
• Select the report from the DefaultView and apply the Extraction Template.
• Start VISION Preview on the report and apply the Extraction Template in Preview.
