The issue was addressed in NuGenesis 9.1 LMS Hotfix 5 Release Notes.

Original CRI: INFLMS-33700 (CRI-5898)

Previously, when you logged in to NuGenesis LMS, opened two documents, tried to view data in one of the documents, which had a read-only non-Excel section, and then switched to the other document and tried to edit the SmartBuilder section, the SmartBuilder ribbon did not load correctly and the Audit Trail did not record the changes. Now, the SmartBuilder ribbon loads correctly and the Audit Trail records the changes.

The information below, which supplements CRI-5898, is not contained in the NuGenesis 9.1 LMS Hotfix 5 release notes.

CRI-5898 applies if one or more documents are open. The issue may occur in a modifiable section after another section is accessed (opened). It depends on when the error occurs in the NuGenesis LMS application whether or not the Audit Trail contains all the information. The issue will not be reproduced in NuGenesis 9.1 LMS Hotfix 5.
