SYMPTOMS

• One or more users see the following error message when opening files or reports through SDMS WebVision:
  • NuGenesis Transfer Application
  • C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\InetCache\IE\folder\filename.ngx contains an invalid path.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

Delete the user's profile on the computer where the error appears.

Profile location C:\Windows\Users

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The user profile is on the local PC, not the AD server.
