Error "[NG24009] Tag was not found for this project" appears when opening a view in NuGenesis WebVision - WKB209126

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when opening a project view in NuGenesis WebVision:
  • [NG24009] Tag was not found for this project
• This message appears for specific users when opening some project views; other users can open the same project view in WebVision without error messages

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The user has saved a search filter on that view, and the filter references tags that are not visible in the present definition of the view.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Click OK to the error message. (The main report table should now appear in the browser.)
2. If a filter is applied, the yellow "filter applied" image will appear in the header of the report table. Click the "Clear Filter" button to remove the filter.
3. WebVision will reload the report table. The view should not appear without errors.
