The NuGenesis RPC service user is the user account that is assigned to the NuGenesis RPC service.

1. Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
2. Look for the service name:
   • NuGenesis 8: "NuGenesis RPC 8.0"
   • NuGenesis 9: "NuGenesis RPC"
3. The service user account will be in the Log On As column.
