TargetLynx does not produce a calibration curve - WKB91595

SYMPTOMS

• The TargetLynx sample set is sent to processing with all calibration levels and standards identified in the sample list, yet no calibration curve is generated

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

The TargetLynx method has the "Use Quan Ion in Response Calculation?" selection cleared.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the TargetLynx method editor and select "Target Ion Properties".
2. Select the check box next to "Use Quan Ion in Response Calculation?".
