Unable to view processed data in High Definition Imaging (HDI) software - WKB84815

SYMPTOMS

• When trying to import data on the Analysis tab of HDI, no data is displayed (see below)

ENVIRONMENT

• MALDI SYNAPT G2-Si
• High Definition Imaging (HDI)

CAUSE

The data had not been processed before the attempt to import the data for analysis via the Analysis Tab.

FIX or WORKAROUND

First process the data using the Process tab in HDI.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The processing step can also be confirmed by the creation of an imaging folder in the .raw folder.
