ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.2
• Lenovo C30 Thinkstation

CAUSE

Adding network to the PC lost communications with the IP addresses on the system components.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Deconfigure the inlet modules in the inlet editor.
2. Remove entries from the DHCP Server Wizard.
3. Restart the PC and components.
4. Configure the inlet editor.
5. Restart instruments.
