OALogin does not rename the report file to the Sample ID as specified in the User Configuration settings - WKB8262
SYMPTOMS
- User Configuration > Edit group > Rename Report: set to Sample ID or Raw Filename
- Report file name remains the Job ID.rpt, is not renamed to Sample ID or Raw Filename
- User Configuration > Edit group > Rename Report: set to User Defined (allows user to manually rename the report file)
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
The User Configuration > Edit group > Samples Per Batch is set to Multi-sample Batch.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- In OALogin, go to Admin > User Configuration > Edit group.
- Go to Samples Per Batch.
- Change the setting to Individual Sample Batch.

In OALogin, go to Admin > User Configuration and select a group. Click Edit group > Options tab the hover over the pull-down for Rename Report File to show the following message:
"Rename the report file using chosen method.
If using Individual Sample Batch, the selections Sample ID, Raw Filename, Barcode, and User Defined can be employed. If any other option is selected, Sample ID will be used to name the report file.
If using Multiple Sample Batch (regular batches), the selections Job ID, Barcode, and User Defined can be employed. If any other option is selected, Job ID will be used to name the report file."
