Concentration results do not show up in the Overview bar of TargetLynx results - WKB81435

SYMPTOMS

• No concentration results in the Overview bar
• Found: No calibration in calibration panel
• Found: No concentration results in the Calculated Concentration column of the Summary bar
• Found: Values are present in the Peak Response column of the Summary bar
• Found: Calibrate Standards not check with an inappropriate calibration file (.cdb) browsed into the Curve field

CAUSE

Calibrate Standards is not selected in the Create Dataset, Operations list.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Select Calibration Standards in the Operations list and reprocess data.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When Calibrate Standards is selected in the Operations list, TargetLynx will either use samples specified as Standards in the sample list to generate a calibration curve or use Manual Response Factors (RF) specified in the TargetLynx method. When Calibrate Standards is not selected, TargetLynx will apply (or try to apply) the Calibration curve file (.cdb) that is specified in the Curve field. If the .cdb is not appropriate for the method being used, no concentration results will be generated.
