Getting "project not accessible" error when trying to open a project in MassLynx Security - WKB678

SYMPTOMS

• When trying to open a project in MassLynx security, receiving the following error smessage: "project not accessible"

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• MassLynx Full Security

CAUSE

The project folder has read-only permissions.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. All project folders require read, write, and execute privileges to be opened in MassLynx, Change the project folder permissions to those settings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you want to limit who can access this project within MassLynx Security, you can set up project directories and assign only certain users to those directories.
