OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To view a specified wavelength range in TargetLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx
• ACQUITY PDA

PROCEDURE

1. Select Edit method.
2. Select Compound Properties.
3. Specify the wavelength range, such as 220_260, in the quantification trace field.

Note: To properly view UV data you must also do the following.

• Confirm that the acquisition function number listed is for the diode array.
• Click Yes for Use absolute mass window.
• Type 1 for Chromatogram mass window (Da).
