To view a specified wavelength range in TargetLynx.
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
- TargetLynx
- ACQUITY PDA
PROCEDURE
- Select Edit method.
- Select Compound Properties.
- Specify the wavelength range, such as 220_260, in the quantification trace field.
Note: To properly view UV data you must also do the following.
- Confirm that the acquisition function number listed is for the diode array.
- Click Yes for Use absolute mass window.
- Type 1 for Chromatogram mass window (Da).
