MassLynx run does not start from sample list - WKB64152

SYMPTOMS

• Run does not start in MassLynx, simply stops and "Queue Empty" appears at the top of the screen
• No error message is seen

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Confirm that all necessary components are configured
2. Deconfigure the the inlet and contact closure.
3. Close MassLynx and the console.
4. Run Stop Acquity Processes.
5. Reopen MassLynx.
6. Reconfigure the inlet and contact closure.
7. Run the sample from the sample list.
