ANSWER

The naming conventions for the four auxiliary vials in the MassLynx sample list are V:1, V:2, V:3, and V:4
(Note the vial positions are labelled on the carousel as V-1 etc)
If a Sample Organizer is configured then only Tray 1 (to the right) can be used with V-1 and V-2 from left to right
