Different sample list formats cannot be applied to different MassLynx sample lists in SCNs 1043 or 1045 - WKB275209

SYMPTOMS
- When opening a sample list, the format is not saved with the list as it was previously
- Cannot link different sample list format files (.fmt) to different sample lists (.spl)
- A format file can be created and applied to a sample list as normal, but when a different sample list that previously had a different format loaded and saved is then opened, the new sample list has the same format as the previous sample list
- Different sample list files cannot be saved with different formats
- This issue affects anyone who uses MassLynx format files
- SCNs 1043 and 1045 (no problem in SCN 1042 or earlier releases)

- MassLynx
- Any Quad-based MS
CAUSE
Software defect; logged in CRI-6649
FIX or WORKAROUND
This issue is fixed in SCN 1046 and subsequent releases.
