TargetLynx is not integrating one of the compounds - WKB27050

SYMPTOMS

• TargetLynx produces a report that has one compound not integrated
• The peak of the compound is only partially drawn in the TargetLynx chromatogram pane (for example, the trace stops at 3.2 min, just as the peak starts to form) 
• Looking at the data in the MassLynx chromatogram, you can clearly see the acquisition range is complete (up to 3.7 min), with the entire peak visible
• Changing the TargetLynx processing method of the Chromatogram Mass Window from 0.01 to either 0.05 or even 1 Da doesn't make a difference

CAUSE

Incorrect processing version

FIX or WORKAROUND

Data must be processed on a MassLynx desktop software version (such as SCN 909), not the acquisition version.
