Random server busy messages on MassLynx - WKB26734

SYMPTOMS

• Random server busy error messages appear while running samples
• PC re-imaged and software reinstalled; issue still occurs

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

Lab network uses the 192.168.x.x IP address, so there are communication conflicts with the Instrument network.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change the instrument IP address to an alternative address (172.16.0.1 subnet mask 255.255.0.0).
