SYMPTOMS
- Random server busy error messages appear while running samples
- PC reimaged and software reinstalled; issue still occurs
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
CAUSE
Customer is using the 192.168.x.x IP address, so there are communication conflicts with the Instrument network.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Change the instrument IP address to an alternative address (172.16.0.1 subnet mask 255.255.0.0).
