How to export MassLynx raw data into ASCII - WKB26188

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

• Convert raw data into xy coordinates
• Convert the MassLynx.raw folder into ASCII

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• DataBridge

PROCEDURE

1. Select the Windows start menu > Program files > MassLynx > DataBridge.
2. On the left-hand side, select the file or files to be converted.
3. On the right-hand side, select Directory and select the directory where the output file or files should be placed.
4. Select the filename for the output file or files.
5. Select the Options button and select MassLynx for the source and ASCII for the target.

6. Select OK.
7. Select Convert.
