Problem with display of integrated peaks after zooming in the MassLynx chromatogram window - WKB26132

SYMPTOMS

• If you integrate Tof MSMS data in the MassLynx Chromatogram window and then zoom in to the peaks for a closer examination, the integrations move away from the peaks
• The values for RT and area are the same, but they are now in the wrong place
• The same problem occurs if you zoom in to a peak and then try to integrate it; the peak is integrated, but the integration appears in the wrong place

MassLynx 4.1 and 4.2; all SCNs

CAUSE

Software bug

FIX or WORKAROUND

Avoid doing both zooming and integrating.
