OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Disable the IntelliStart checks for valid or expired files, LC/MS system check, and service due reminders.

ENVIRONMENT

• All mass spectrometers that use IntelliStart
• All revisions of MassLynx for these mass spectrometers

PROCEDURE

1. Open the ACQUITY MS console.
2. In the system tree on the left, under the name of the mass spectrometer, click on IntelliStart.
3. On the menu at the top, go to Configure > IntelliStart configuration.
4. Clear the selections of any items that you do not want IntelliStart to check.
