User Configuration menu does not open in the OALogin software - WKB253486

SYMPTOMS

• User Configuration does not open in the OALogin software
• Cannot add new users to OALogin
• Removing OAToolkit and reinstalling OA Login does not resolve the issue
• MassLynx and OALogin are installed on Windows 10 Pro

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• OALogin
• OAToolkit

CAUSE

Unsupported operating systems cause issues with OALogin, OAToolkit, and configuration.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reinstall using a supported operating system.

Workaround:

1. Reinstall OA Toolkit.
2. Add users through OA Toolkit.
