The mass window about the Parent mass in an MRM method is determined by the Span setting in the method. The default Span is 0 which is a +/- 0.05 amu window.

You can alter the span in the MS Method Editor by adjusting the span to 1 = 0.5 +/-. Setting higher may include unwanted peaks.
