Desolvation temperature ramps up to 550 even though the tune page is set to 450 - WKB19211

SYMPTOMS

• When running an LC gradient only, the desolvation temperature doesn't change from the set value of 450
• When running an LC-MS method via the sample list, the tune page changes from 450 to 550 and then, in a few minutes, comes back down to 450
• The experimental record for the data file shows a desolvation temperature of 550
• Both the MS method and the tune page match the resolution mode set

CAUSE

Corrupted tune page file

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Create a new MS Tune file from File > New.
2. Save the Tune page and use in acquisition.

Same problem already seen for the collision energy.
