The MassLynx tune page freezes and is inaccessible during sample analysis - WKB17428

SYMPTOMS

• During sample acquisition from the Sample List, the tune page freezes, stopping the run
• The tune page is "grayed out"

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Xevo TQ-S

CAUSE

User is pulling from multiple projects during the run. Sample list analyses are started from one project, but then additional sample lists are added to the queue from other projects. The user did not change projects by way of the main MassLynx page.  
MassLynx does not support a change of projects during data acquisition.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run from only one MassLynx project at a time.
2. If you require methods from a different project, copy them into the current project.
3. If during data collection you require data review from a different project, copy the data to a processing PC for review.
