ANSWER
AutoTune is an automated feature to tune the MS. It adjusts the capillary voltage, cone voltage, Low Mass 1, High Mass 1, Ion Energy 1, Low Mass 2, High Mass 2, and Ion Energy 2 values to optimize parameters for MS or MSMS tune files.
- Open the Tune page.
- Select Options > AutoTune.
- Complete the wizard.
