ANSWER
The name of the OpenLynx Method and a Sample description can be added on the Report Header tab of the OpenLynx report scheme. Select Description and Method in the Available Fields panel and click on the + sign button to add these items to the Reported Fields panel.
The method description can not be added to the report.
