ANSWER
Since the Empower database stops during the cold backup, Empower itself cannot be used and cannot start a run.
Sample set data in the middle of a run is temporarily stored in LAC/E.
Measurement of the sample set in the middle of a run is not interrupted.
If the sample set in the middle of a run is carried using "Run and process" or "Run and Report" mode, processing and reporting will not be executed.
During the hot backup, the Empower database does not stop, so it’s possible to start a run.
