Empower ORA-03135 error appears and database OracleServiceEmpower stops - WKB96594

SYMPTOMS

• Users get ORA-03135 error while logging in or performing an action in Empower
• On the Empower database, the OracleServiceEmpower stops
• In the alert log, ORA-04030 memory error is mentioned at the time of the issue
• The database C:\ drive is full

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise

CAUSE

The database C:\ drive is full. 

Even though Empower isn't installed on this drive, the drive houses the Windows OS, event logs, and so forth. When the drive fills, OS functionality decreases.

FIX or WORKAROUND

IT must address the hard drive issue and remove files or create more space.
