SYMPTOMS
- "Not Connected" error in Empower Run Samples control panel
- Reset and reboot does not resolve
- Node Properties shows status = Yes under OK?
- LED is green on the 2489
- Can ping the detector and get reply

- 2489 detector
- Ethernet
- Empower 3 personal
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Run the repair function in the ICS Deployment Manager (Empower\Instruments\Utilities\DM\DM.exe) .
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If repair function does not work, reinstall the drivers.
