OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Procedure for collecting Agilent ICF logs on LAC/E or acquisition client.

ENVIRONMENT

  • ICF 3.0 and above

PROCEDURE

  1. Navigate to C:\Empower\Instruments\AgilentLC\Support.
  2. Double-click the Agilent.DriverLogfileCollector.exe.
  3. After a few minutes, a folder opens with all the logs.
  4. Collect the entire folder

NOTE: You must collect the log before restarting the LAC/E or acquisition client to help investigate the root cause.
