OBJECTIVE or GOAL
Procedure for collecting Agilent ICF logs on LAC/E or acquisition client.
- ICF 3.0 and above
- Navigate to C:\Empower\Instruments\AgilentLC\Support.
- Double-click the Agilent.DriverLogfileCollector.exe.
- After a few minutes, a folder opens with all the logs.
- Collect the entire folder
NOTE: You must collect the log before restarting the LAC/E or acquisition client to help investigate the root cause.
