- Two analytes are detected on two different channels
- Report method shows the correct value for one analyte but not the other
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- Empower 3 Personal
- Empower 3 Workgroup
- Empower 3 Enterprise
CAUSE
The processing method components tab has channel A for both analytes.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Change one of the analytes to channel B.
