CAUSE
Communication failure.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close Run Samples.
- Go to Configure the System, select Systems, and right-click the system name in the table.
- Select Take Offline.

5. Restart the LAC/E.
6. Power-on all instruments.
7. Select Bring Online.
