Peak not integrated by Empower 3 processing method - WKB92912

SYMPTOMS

• First peak is integrated, and identified second peak fails to integrate
• Peak elutes within retention time window
• Peak is above minimum height and area thresholds  

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

CAUSE

Start and end integration events are present in the processing method. 

Retention time shifted to the right when new column and guard column are fitted.

Second peak is outside the integration window.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Move the End Integration event to the right of the peak.
2. Save the processing method.
3. Reprocess the sample set.
