No, there is no way to freely add a comment about a specified result in Empower. (see Additional Information for an exception)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The only way to have a comment for a result, is to have Full Audit Trail enabled for the project. You will need the System Policies configured to require a comment when processing data. Then, in order for a specific result to have the comment, you would need to process this one specific result individually and not part of the sample set.
