PerkinElmer - Printing instrument method parameter values shows incorrect information - WKB91101

SYMPTOMS

• When we select the injection mode as time, specify injection mode as 0.05 or 0.07 minutes on the time tab, and save the instrument method, the instrument method printout shows 0.1 as injection time instead 0.05 or 0.07.
• Pneumatics section of instrument method print shows column: 15.00 (kPa) instead of psi units

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 4
• PerkinElmer GC driver: 3.3
• PerkinElmer HS driver: 3.3

CAUSE

This known defect with PerkinElmer driver 3.3 was raised in CRI-1862.

FIX or WORKAROUND

There is no fix or workaround at this time.
